The Package 

This course was created to give you the tools, knowledge and experience necessary to set you on a path of self improvement.

The course provides a foundational road map for anyone looking for a down to earth and realistic strategy to experience overall good health.

Over the four weeks, you will be scheduled in to work with a tight mix of experienced and reputable practitioners, therapists and trainers who have been assisting in the transformation of peoples lives for decades. 

We personalize each package to ensure you receive exactly what is best for you, your mind and your body type. Initial consultations are free, confidential and conducted either face to face or online.

 

Once we determine the package that's right for you, we schedule in appointments to suit your availabilities. Classes like bootcamp and yoga will include additional participants, all other training and coaching is 1 on 1. 

If you are not satisfied with what you gain over your four week journey, we will offer a full refund.

Understand the nature of your mind. Learn to recognise limiting beliefs or thinking habits and discover the mind as something not in control of you, rather you are in control of it. Understand that the body takes time to transform, but the mind expands in real time. Understand the importance of momentum.

If you want high quality of life there's just no avoiding it. You have to move your body the right way. 

When you feel great in the body, you feel great in the mind, clear, capable and full of energy. Movement lends to every aspect of your life.

The overall benefits of physical exercise are enormous and if you're not exercising, you simply need to be.

Access to 4x Boot Camp Classes - These 45min group classes have you working as a group. At the instruction of a trainer, work your way through various movements and a variety of exercises at your own pace. Make great connections with fellow participants and build comradery within the mutual goal of self improvement.
