Below is an outline of what to expect, the tools you will receive and how to get started.
Initial Consultation
We start with a 30-minute consultation which includes a biometric body scan to gauge your base. For this I use the Evolt 360 body scanner used by hundreds of health facilities globally. We explore where you're at now compared to where you want to be. Together, we tailor a strategy that fits your fitness level and goals. This session is all about setting a clear path forward, giving you a solid foundation and realistic expectations for the journey together.
Comprehensive Online Coaching
In addition to 1 on 1 training, you have access to online coaching, which includes your personalised training programs for both gym and at home workouts. Track your progress and stay committed with daily habit prompts (hydration, mindfulness, etc.), and learn to integrate data from your smartwatch and MyFitnessPal. I’ll be there to motivate and hold you accountable with regular content and group messaging.
Exclusive Personal Training Sessions
Beginning with an initial assessment to understand your fitness level and create a customised program tailored to your needs. My sessions, which focus on core, cardio, strength, and flexibility, can be held at your gym, mine, at home, or via video call - whatever works best for you. Train with me and benefit from vast life experience and a friendly, approachable style.
Self Care - Body, Mind, Spirit.
Nervous System Regulation
Learn meditation and breathing techniques as well as self massage routines using fascial release tools such as massage ball & hook. Discover the ease and often profound benefits of at home self massage. You will have access to the online self massage workshop.
Meditation will be guided both online and in person and is an integral element of the program. Developing the ability to witness rather than identify with physical, metal or emotional sensations for example, is essential for self empowerment.
Anytime Biometric Body Scan
Every 3 or 6 months you’ll receive a Body Composition Analysis using the advanced Evolt360 Biometric Scanner. This tool offers detailed insights into your body composition, including body fat percentage, lean mass, muscle mass, and more. I’ll help you use this data to set personalised goals and track your progress, ensuring you stay on the right path to achieving your fitness aspirations.

For perspective, a Personal Training session in any gym is generally $50 an hour or $30 for half an hour. Which is a reasonable ask for those serious about and willing to invest in their fitness and & wellbeing. Most clients commit to ongoing weekly sessions with me as routine.
To receive this program including the above 1 hour personal training session each week, you receive all of the full New You Program for the same price of $50 per week.
My only condition is I ask for a 3 month commitment up front of $600
Everything highlighted on this page is included for the same price as 1x PT session per week.
